We'll place you on a recurring service route based on your location and preferred service frequency.

We Thoroughly Scoop Your Yard

We carefully walk and inspect your yard, removing all visible pet waste from designated areas.

We Double-Bag the Waste

For cleanliness and odor control, all collected waste is securely double-bagged before placed in your bin.

We Secure Your Gate & Send a Photo

Before leaving, we make sure all gates are properly closed and latched. We then send you a service notification along with a photo of the secured gate for added peace of mind.

Year-Round Policy

We scoop in every season

There's always poop to pick up, and we continue throughout the winter months. Cleaning is skipped only if snow hides what we're looking for — we'll pick up where we left off on your next scheduled day.

Snow Days

Skipped only if snow hides the piles. Your monthly bill stays the same.

Heat Advisory

We pause service when the heat index exceeds 100°.

Storms

No service during thunderstorms, especially with lightning.

Holidays

Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, and Christmas observed.
