1. Service Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern the use of services provided by Omaha Poop Scoop ('we,' 'us,' or 'our'). By signing up for our service, you ('the customer' or 'you') agree to be bound by these Terms. Our service consists of recurring weekly dog waste removal from your designated property.
2. Subscription and Billing
Our service operates on a weekly prepay subscription model. Each weekly charge covers your next upcoming visit. Your subscription auto-renews weekly until cancelled. Payment is processed automatically through the payment method you provide at checkout. You are always paying ahead for your next visit, not for past service.
3. Pricing
Pricing is based on the number of dogs in your household: $9/week for 1 dog, $10.50/week for 2 dogs, and $12.50/week for 3 dogs. Households with 4 or more dogs require a custom estimate. Prices are subject to change with prior notice to active subscribers.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty or cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current prepaid billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial weeks. To cancel, contact us at (531) 329-5636 or info@omahapoopscoop.com.
5. Service Access
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to your yard on scheduled service days. This includes securing any aggressive dogs and informing us of any hazards. If we are unable to access your yard on a scheduled day due to locked gates, aggressive animals, or other access issues, that visit may be skipped without refund.
6. Service Schedule
We service your property on a recurring weekly schedule. Specific service days may vary due to weather, holidays, or operational needs. We observe Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, and Christmas. If a visit is skipped due to a holiday or weather, we will resume on your next scheduled day.
7. Winter and Weather Policy
We scoop year-round. If snow or severe weather prevents us from servicing your yard on a scheduled day, that visit will be skipped and we will pick up where we left off the following week. Your weekly billing remains the same.
8. Service Area
We service the Omaha metro and surrounding areas, including Douglas and Sarpy County. If your location is outside our service area, we will notify you and no charge will be applied.
9. Liability
Omaha Poop Scoop is not liable for damage to landscaping, irrigation systems, pet toys, or other items left in the yard. We are not responsible for any illness or injury resulting from waste that was not removed prior to our visit. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
10. SMS Text Message Consent
By providing your phone number and consenting to text messages, you agree to receive automated SMS notifications regarding your service and scheduling. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or receive help by replying HELP. See our FAQ page for full SMS consent details.
11. Privacy
We respect your privacy and only collect information necessary to provide our service. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
